Helping you and your family reach and maintain good health is very important to us! We are pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. You are eligible to participate if you are full-time and work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your benefits are effective on your date of hire. You must review the below information and enroll in ADP within your first 15 days of employment.
Here's what you'll need to do to get started:
- View your Benefits Highlighter for a quick side-by-side comparison of your plan options and costs.
- View your employee benefits materials in the Benefits Overview section for all of your benefits program details.
- Follow the instructions in the How to Enroll section to complete your online enrollment.
- Watch the Educational Videos and view the Additional Resources to learn more about your benefits program.
Benefits Overview
Our Benefit Year runs from April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023.
You and your legally married spouse and dependent children up to age 26 are eligible for the following benefits:

- Dental – Delta Dental of Michigan
- Vision – EyeMed
- Life and Disability – Reliance Standard
- Health Savings Account – Health Equity
- Flexible Spending Accounts – Health Equity
- Voluntary Accident, Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity – Reliance Standard
- Legal & ID Theft Services – Legal/ID Shield

How to Enroll
Action Required:
- Visit ADP Workforce Now to make your benefit elections, once logged in to go Myself>Benefits>Enrollments.
- You must make your selection within your first 15 days of employment, even if you wish to waive your benefits.

Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage or change your benefit elections, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event date to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, and loss in coverage.
